Job Title

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the development and execution of our company's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with senior executives and the board of directors.
  • Analyze and resolve critical business challenges to drive long-term success.
  • Oversee end-to-end mergers and acquisitions processes, including target identification, deal structuring, negotiation, and closure.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry contacts, investment banks, and advisors to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy.
  • Relevant degree or MBA.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
