About The RoleAs our Head of Acquisition, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of AIM through high-impact B2C lead generation strategies. This role owns the full digital acquisition funnel—from cost-per-lead (CPL) to enrollment—ensuring strong ROI and alignment with strategic goals. You'll oversee paid media performance across channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and compliance. You'll manage agency partners and use data to continuously optimise acquisition campaigns. This is a high-impact role ideal for a strategic and analytical digital marketer who thrives on driving measurable growth in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Own key performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and channel efficiency
- Analyse campaign and funnel data using Salesforce dashboards and behavioural analytics
- Lead agency relationships, ensuring clear targets and campaign alignment
- Oversee testing initiatives (A/B, multivariate) to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align acquisition efforts with business goals
- Manage and report on acquisition budgets, reallocating based on performance
- Provide clear and actionable performance reports to the CMO and senior leadership
- 5+ years' experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing roles, ideally in B2C lead generation
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and campaign performance analysis
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in Salesforce reporting
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise large-scale budgets
- Excellent written communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A commercial mindset with attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Background in education or professional services is a plus
