The Account Manager role plays a crucial part in Radiometer Pacific's growth by delivering best-in-class support for products and services across New South Wales. Working closely with an experienced team, you'll have the opportunity to impact global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by supporting customers according to territory business development plans.
  • Identify and pursue new and existing accounts, planning face-to-face meetings with end-users of Radiometer products.
  • Introduce new products and programs, providing feedback on market acceptance to sales and marketing management.
  • Maintain and manage existing customer relationships, promoting the Radiometer brand and seeking opportunities for service delivery improvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
  • Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia.
  • Technical or sales experience in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and self-driven attitude.

Travel and Physical Requirements: ability to travel up to 15%, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 10kg.
