Diagnostic Support Specialist

The Diagnostic Support Specialist plays a crucial role in advancing Radiometer Pacific's offerings through expert support of our products and services across New South Wales.

Working collaboratively with a well-established and highly experienced team, success will be supported through collaboration and ongoing development.

You will have the opportunity to impact Radiometer's drive towards improving global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

  • Consistently achieve sales targets by providing support to customers in line with territory business development plans which will be measured by KPI's.
  • Actively identify, pursue and develop new and existing accounts in the territory.
  • Plan and schedule face-to-face account calls to current and potential end-users of Radiometer products throughout the assigned sales territory.
  • Introduce new products and programs.
  • Provide feedback to management on market acceptance.
  • Maintain and manage customer relationships, promote the Radiometer brand, proactively seek out opportunities for service delivery, improvement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Science or related areas.
  • A minimum of 3 years sales experience in the medical diagnostics industry.
  • Understanding of the Public Health system in Australia.
  • Technical or sales experience in blood gas and immunoassay equipment or similar products.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and self-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
