We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team based in Wetherill Park.

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and resolving a wide range of queries for customers. You will work an eight-hour shift between the hours of 11:00am –7:00pm (during daylight savings) and 10:00am – 6:00pm (outside daylight savings) from Monday - Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat, providing support and guidance
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Manage a variety of customer queries including operations, quotations, subcontracting, price increases, complaints

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems including Salesforce, DOS systems or SAP, and utilize your skills in a business that values your contribution and supports your growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a call centre environment desired but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured work environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm and 80% or more accuracy
