Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our disability support program, you will be responsible for delivering truly remarkable experiences for children with disabilities. Your expertise in child development and disability support will enable you to create tailored programs that promote growth, exploration, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative programs that cater to the unique needs of children with disabilities
  • Collaborate with the service manager to plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality services
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff to ensure a supportive community environment
  • Provide guidance and support to your team of educators to achieve exceptional outcomes

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma-level qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or willingness to enroll)
  • Previous experience in the childcare and disability support sector (ideal but not essential)
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and disability support strategies

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
