Financial Solutions Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to propel the growth of our financial offerings through strategic marketing and advisor engagement.
This position encompasses responsibility for formulating, executing, and optimizing content strategies, encompassing social media management, generating innovative ideas for expansion and impact, and creating engaging articles/pages on our websites.
With a comprehensive view of all produced content, this role ensures key messages are seamlessly integrated across multiple touchpoints and no content goes unused.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy from planning through delivery and optimization.
- Manage social media accounts, conceptualize growth initiatives, and maintain an up-to-date content calendar.
- Compose and edit high-quality articles/pages for our online platforms.
- Contribute to newsletters, product launches, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure content alignment with key messages across various touchpoints and leverage economic insights for strategic impact.
- Collaborate across teams to maximize content reuse and effectiveness.
