  • Manage day-to-day operations for Adviser Software Solution Consultants
  • Facilitate team member growth and achievement of individual and departmental goals
  • Management on potential opportunities and serve as a local product, implementation, and/or client service expert

Key Responsibilities:

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of project management principles and practices is also essential.

Solution Discovery & Implementation:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and design best-of-breed solutions
  • Master product demonstrations and knowledge of product capabilities and benefits
  • Share industry insights and what other similar institutions are doing with Morningstar both locally and globally

Implementation & Project Management:

  • Work with all stakeholders to define and document detailed business and technical requirements for end-to-end client solutions
  • Communicate clear and concise project status to internal and external project stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and potential issues and develop mitigation plans

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in pre-sales, project management, implementation, and/or business development focused role
