About the Role

The Business Solutions Manager position plays a pivotal role in leading a team of consultants in designing and delivering tailored solutions that drive client success and business expansion.

This senior professional collaborates closely with sales, services, and product teams to develop innovative software solutions that align with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in banking, strong leadership abilities, and best practices in sales engagement. Additionally, they should have a keen understanding of emerging technologies and be able to effectively communicate business value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Develop and position banking solutions that address client needs, resolve business challenges, deliver tangible value, and align with market trends.
  • Create compelling value propositions that highlight return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
  • Drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and communicate their business impact effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.
  • Expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
  • Proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
  • Strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
  • Familiarity with Temenos Transact, Digital, Payments, Wealth, and AI is an advantage.
