The role of Residential Building Manager is a critical one, ensuring the smooth operation of residential properties.

About the Role

As a Residential Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a property, including maintenance, cleaning, and security. You will conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities, coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers, and handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Operations: Oversee all aspects of building operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and security to ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Inspections and Reporting: Conduct regular inspections of common areas and facilities to identify and report on any issues or repairs needed.
  • Contractor and Service Provider Management: Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality work and timely completion of tasks.
  • Resident Communication: Handle resident enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with strata by-laws and building regulations, and monitor and report on building issues or repairs to mitigate risk.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, invoices, and service agreements, and assist with emergency response procedures and incident reporting.

This role requires excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and attention to detail.
