Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of a portfolio of residential properties
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with leasing agreements and identify any potential issues
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and service providers to ensure smooth operation and resolve disputes or issues

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in property management, preferably with a focus on Western Australia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage leases, rent collection, and tenant relations effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and tools
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in property management
  • A valid driver's license for conducting site inspections
