Property Manager Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Efficiently manage a residential property portfolio, ensuring timely maintenance, lease renewals, and final inspections.
  • Financial Oversight: Timely rent collection and management of arrears in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Client Communication: Maintain detailed property records and provide regular updates to landlords, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Handle tenant inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with tradespeople and coordinate maintenance and repair works to keep properties in top condition.
  • Lease Management: Oversee the lease renewal process, minimizing vacancies.

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in residential property management or transferable skills.
