About the Position- Lead an exclusive shopping destination in Gosford, catering to local community needs with a diverse range of dining, fresh food, fashion, home, gifts & craft, jewellery, and banking services.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients while minimizing risk to stakeholders by leading and developing onsite teams.
This role involves strategic planning, financial management, client reporting, environmental health & safety, operational tasks, staff management, and external stakeholder relationships.
Your Skills and Experience- Prior experience in shopping centre management or retail property operations is essential.
- Demonstrate independence, proactive work ethic, and natural energy levels.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate to others easily.
- Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting tenants.
