We're seeking a proactive Shopping Centre Operations Coordinator to support daily operations of a prominent shopping centre in Sydney's CBD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist with tenant communication, lease administration and arrears management. They will also coordinate maintenance, compliance and presentation standards across the centre. Additionally, they will support budgeting, financial reporting and performance tracking. The coordinator will liaise with service providers, contractors and key stakeholders. Furthermore, they will contribute to marketing initiatives and casual mall leasing activity.

Key Responsibilities
