The role is focused on overseeing the operations of a shopping centre hub consisting of six neighbourhood centres based in Clemton Park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement planned preventive maintenance programs.
  • Conduct regular building inspections, including common areas and plant rooms.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for capital and operating expenditure.
  • Maintain an accurate record of plant and equipment assets and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor contractor works to ensure high-quality completion with minimal disruption.
  • BUILD strong relationships with tenants, property managers, strata managers, and contractors.
  • Assist with financial management, including managing budgets, procurement, work orders, coding, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the role is expected.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required.
