Shopping Centre Manager - Lead Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopping Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant neighbourhood shopping centres. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in shopping centre operations, with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • They will oversee lease renewals, tenant billing, rental arrears, and debt recovery, as well as coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and WHS compliance.
  • The successful candidate will build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and local stakeholders, ensuring high standards in presentation, safety, and customer service.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Experience in shopping centre operations is essential, ideally as a Centre Manager or Retail Manager.
  • A NSW real estate certificate of registration is required, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and travel to other centres.
