Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated individual who is available to work on Mondays, with additional flexible days throughout the week. This role requires a minimum commitment of 22 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

About the Role:

This role involves handling inbound calls and delivering exceptional customer service to both current and prospective customers. You will provide accurate and detailed product information while efficiently updating customer records. You will also address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, always striving for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service (call centre, office, retail, or hospitality backgrounds are welcome)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly
  • Familiarity with Customer Management Systems/Databases
  • Proven teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
