Senior Payroll Administrator

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 3-month contract with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support payroll processing to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
  • Assist with interpreting awards, agreements, and legislative requirements.
  • Process employee commencements, terminations, and payroll creditor payments.
  • Provide advice on pay, leave entitlements, superannuation, and salary sacrifice schemes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in payroll administration using TechnologyOne.
  • Proficiency in computerised payroll systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
