Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to join our EUK DSP Communications Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel content strategy to promote our Last Mile delivery network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy for new program, technology, and product launches, including written communications, executive messaging, infographics, and video scripts.
- Translate complex messaging into simple and easy-to-understand content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and tone.
- Conduct interviews with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and program managers to build advocacy stories, highlighting the entrepreneurial opportunities of our program.
- Identify emerging topics and develop proactive plans with stakeholders to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications, using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on AU region logistics matters, ensuring our communications are informed and accurate.
About the Team
Our EUK DSP Communications Team is a high-performing group of 10 communicators, working together to provide helpful and trustworthy information to our DSPs. We have a highly inclusive and collaborative culture, approaching each other with respect and humility. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience, with a focus on strategic communications and content development.
- 7+ years of experience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, with expertise in Excel or Tableau.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple time zones and languages, with a strong understanding of global marketing principles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners, with a focus on strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners, with a global footprint.
