We have more than 550 Indexers around the globe dedicated to building a safe and transparent marketplace that provides a trusted experience for consumers. As the Technical Account Manager, you will enhance the performance and efficiency of Index's top DSP partners in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of DSP partnerships in APAC from onboarding to integration.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting account managers with strategic planning.
  • Act as the main point of contact for technical support, resolving issues, and escalating problems when necessary.
  • Collaborate with commercial counterparts and engage in tickets and threads as required to complete tasks.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives with commercial stakeholders, offering insights into larger opportunities for the region.
  • Identify ways to improve performance and efficiency, using data-driven analysis for DSPs.
  • Use BI tools to gain an in-depth understanding of data, tables, metrics, KPIs, and raw logs.
  • Regularly review integration health and monitor DSP performance within APAC, flagging issues and resolving problems with partners.
  • Serve as a consultant to strategic APAC DSP partnerships, helping them understand product offerings and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Index's product offerings and exchange functions for both DSPs and publishers.
  • Participate in experiments, product releases, and the development of new features on the exchange.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Technical Account manager, or similar role in the programmatic space, focusing on SSPs and publishers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese.
  • Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative solutions to a technical environment.
  • Team player with a positive outlook, contributing to a growing organization.
  • Proven ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment with limited processes.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and success-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical and consulting skills with experience in SQL.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, RTB, publisher and servers, video players, OTT), web and mobile development (HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, APIs), and big data/data science is a plus.
