We're on a mission to revolutionize the insurance industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. As a Principal Product Manager at Open, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of insurance.

Our team is passionate about creating seamless and intuitive insurance experiences for our customers. We're looking for a seasoned product manager to lead the charge in reimagining our customer support experience.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to drive innovation and lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver a world-class customer support experience. You'll be responsible for developing a comprehensive blueprint that integrates GenAI and cutting-edge contact center technologies to expand our customer support model into new geographies and insurance products.

As a Principal Product Manager, you'll report directly to our Chief Product Officer and have the opportunity to explore broader delivery and people leadership opportunities. This might include overseeing another related squad or coaching and training other product managers.

What We're Looking For
  • A single-minded determination to define a vision and deliver on it at pace
  • A proven track record in creating and delivering end-to-end innovative service blueprints that bring together technology, data, people, and processes to delight customers
  • Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders
  • A strong product management toolkit from strategy-setting through to delivery, honed by 8+ years in product management
  • Proven experience in collaborating with designers, engineers, and data scientists in elaboration and delivery
  • Strong track-record in developing and using product analytics
  • Familiarity with solution or enterprise architecture is a plus but not essential
