Product Innovation Opportunity

At Open, we're revolutionizing the insurance industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our customer support experience, leveraging GenAI and Contact Centre technologies to deliver exceptional results.

You'll lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data scientists to create and deliver a comprehensive blueprint for our customer support model. This will involve expanding our customer support into new geographies and insurance products, while ensuring seamless integration with our existing platform.

As a key member of our team, you'll have the autonomy to drive outsized impact and explore individual contributor and people leadership opportunities. You'll report directly to our Chief Product Officer and have the chance to oversee related squads or coach and train other product managers.

We're looking for a tenacious and experienced Product Manager who can drive innovation and deliver results. If you're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and have a proven track record in product management, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive blueprint for our customer support model
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Drive the expansion of our customer support into new geographies and insurance products
  • Ensure seamless integration with our existing platform
  • Develop and implement effective product analytics
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with GenAI and Contact Centre technologies
