Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our electronic and physical records, contributing to the modernisation of our processes.
About the Role
- Work closely with our Records and Depositions teams to deliver timely and effective service to all staff.
- Update and maintain critical databases, including Open Text Content Manager and our case management systems.
- Sort and dispatch external mail and manage the Records counter.
- Prepare files for archiving and disposal, ensuring compliance with retention policies.
- Act as a first point of contact for telephone enquiries and provide records support to staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both electronic and physical records, applying strong knowledge of records management principles.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and experience with computerised case management systems.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience or demonstrated knowledge in records management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management.
- Able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
