Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Manager to join our team at the Bonds Chermside Store.
This is a full-time position with 38 hours/week, providing opportunities for career growth within the retail management space.
Key Responsibilities- Create memorable customer connections by leading by example and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Assist in training and developing the team to help achieve store budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Execute visual merchandising plans in-store to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Manage high stock volumes and process deliveries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks as required.
