  • We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage and oversee the payroll function and its priorities, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • The successful candidate will lead a global payroll team to success through clear and supportive leadership, fostering team collaboration and getting the best out of our amazing team.
  • They will drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team, providing clear development opportunities and empowering team members to make decisions and innovate.
  • Our ideal candidate will own relationships with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring continued accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • They will deliver reliable, complete, and transparent payroll information and analysis that supports business decision-making and maintains robust internal controls.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including ESOP reporting, payroll tax, and global tax obligations, to protect employees and the organization.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
