Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader who is passionate and dedicated to high-quality care with a collaborative leadership style. You will be responsible for providing motivating and insightful mentorship to the team and driving innovation in our centre.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading childcare and kindergarten provider that is committed to cultivating a holistic and nurturing approach to education. Our centres feature natural play environments, open plan rooms, age-appropriate learning resources and separate playgrounds, and indoor and outdoor areas.

As an Educational Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that encourage our children to be independent learners and help build their resilience and self-awareness. You will also utilise conversations with the children to develop their inquisitive minds and create the basis of their learning journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community.
