  • Lead and inspire a team of Regional Refurbishment Managers within the designated region, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.">
  • Establish and uphold high standards for the region through effective team management and leadership.">
  • Manage the reinstatement and refurbishment of units and apartments across several allocated villages, ensuring quality and timeliness.">
  • Deliver reinstatement and refurbishment projects as part of the resale process with end customer in mind.">
  • Create scope and specification documentation, tender distribution & tender assessment.">
  • Ensure safety and compliance of contractors and suppliers on site.">
  • Provide direction to contractors and consultants to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and that projects are delivered on time.">
  • Complete EHS audits and Contractor onboarding process.">
  • Adhere to costs and standards, ensuring refurbishment works are completed by settlement dates.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experienced in Project Management, preferably in residential fit out/refurbishments and renovations.">
  • Current driver's licence essential, weekly site visits required, and kilometres and tolls reimbursed.">
  • Technical or tertiary qualifications in Property Management, Project Management or Business Studies desirable, or Cert IV Building & Construction with 5+ years Project Management experience desired.">
  • Outstanding organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a time-sensitive environment.">
  • Great communication skills and strong computer literacy.">
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to provide direction to contractors and consultants.">
  • Resilient, solution-focused, and capable of problem-solving amidst occasional time pressure and delivery deadlines.">
