
Social Events Experience Leader

Our Social Events Coordinator will play a key role in delivering social events and activities that appeal to residents and benefit their mental health and quality of life.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Wellbeing Manager to curate a tailored calendar of social events and experiences.
- Deliver social events and activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of residents.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of social activities.
- Support the orientation and training of volunteers.
- Liaise with volunteers to attend and/or host social events.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in event management (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure) and/or relevant qualification (desirable).
- Previous experience in delivering events and activities.
- Previous aged care experience (desirable).
- Previous event coordinator and/or team engagement experience.
Please note that all applicants must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical, police clearance, and NDIS worker's clearance.
