- Collaborate with the wellbeing manager to develop a calendar of activities that address the unique needs of the community.
- Support the care team in delivering high-quality social programs.
- Contribute to the training and orientation of volunteers.
- Foster relationships with volunteers to encourage participation in community events.
- Work closely with the wellbeing manager and general manager to drive initiatives focused on community engagement, social impact, and sustainability.
- Maintain strong connections with residents, families, and colleagues through open communication and collaboration.
