Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions.

  • Use your expertise to help individuals return to meaningful employment
  • Make a positive impact on the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client's progress toward their return-to-work goal
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver innovative solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation strategies to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted interventions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients and stakeholders on workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation best practices
