Cash Flow Specialist

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Cash Flow Specialist to join our finance department.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing cash flow, processing accounts receivable, and maintaining accurate records.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process and reconcile payments, follow up on overdue debtor payments, and maintain accurate records
- Perform ad-hoc tasks related to accounts receivable
- Enter data from matching purchase orders to supplier invoices
- Support the accounts payable team by processing invoices
- Assist with other administration duties as needed
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable role (minimum 1 year)
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Accurate record keeping and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Good Excel skills and data entry skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
