We are seeking a skilled Product Flow Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring product availability and inventory health across various categories.

You will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts and translating them into effective supply plans that support our commercial objectives and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience with forecasting tools, advanced Excel, and supplier coordination. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires the ability to work closely with purchasing coordinators, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely order placement, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting: Build and maintain demand forecasts using sales data, promotional plans, and seasonal strategies.
  • Sales Planning: Translate forecasts into supply plans that balance inventory targets, service levels, and timelines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with purchasing coordinators and suppliers to manage MOQs, resolve supply issues, and optimize stock flow.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inbound freight, supplier lead times, and stock levels to ensure product availability.
  • Merchandise Planning: Lead merchandise planning activities including seasonal buys, range reviews, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Reporting: Report on KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and stock turns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with stakeholders across Logistics, Finance, IT, and Sales to drive alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of demand, supply, and merchandise planning processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in supply chain, demand planning, or merchandise planning roles.
  • Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and supplier coordination expertise.
  • Experience with ERP systems, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and solutions-focused, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (additional certifications desirable).
