As an Export Documentation Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth and accurate execution of export processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare documentation for export shipments,
- Monitor and manage vessel bookings,
- Prepare export documents for presentation to banks,
- Liaise with customer finance and import departments to ensure alignment,
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve and expand processes across the business.

Working in this role requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving abilities. Experience in a similar position, ideally working with bulk commodities like grain, cotton, sugar or similar exported products, is highly desirable. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen interest in the export of Australian produce.
