Job Title: Brand Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to drive our international brand presence within existing export markets, with a focus on Asia. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing and Tourism teams and involves managing our export marketing, cultural tourism, and event marketing in alignment with our overarching brand strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and rolling out our export product strategy in alignment with our brand strategy.
  • Identifying key export markets, trends, and products to feed into our new product development (NPD) strategy.
  • Maintaining and developing export customer relationships.
  • Supporting the launch of fresh and non-fresh NPD in international markets, building and executing marketing campaigns for long-term success.

You will be responsible for working with international supply partners, providing trade marketing support and coordinating product activations. Additionally, you will support the Head of Brand and Marketing with domestic marketing activity and contribute to inbound tourism marketing strategy development and implementation.

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual who is respectful of different cultures, with existing understanding of Asian markets through professional or personal experience. You should thrive collaborating with team members and work autonomously. You have a passion for brand integrity and development, with a keen focus on consumer experience. You are well-versed in digital marketing and enthusiastic about working in the fresh produce industry.

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or marketing.
  2. Preferred 5+ years in brand and/or export marketing.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • English speaking, with ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus.
  • Ability to understand Asian culture and business practices.
  • Strong business acumen.
