About Our Organisation:

Our team is passionate about food and Australian exports, aiming to secure space for Australian brands in Asian retailers while creating a legacy in a friendly environment.

Job Overview:

This role involves supporting the buying and sales of our export range. We seek someone organised, detailed, and passionate about food who wants to contribute and grow with us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain stock and image databases
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyse orders and make recommendations
  • Develop sales materials
  • Engage with social media platforms
  • Enter data into accounts payable/receivable ledgers

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years experience in sales support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel/PowerBI, for data analysis
  • Active interest in social media marketing
  • Willingness to commit to growth and take on projects improving business efficiencies
  • Keen, capable, multi-tasker with a positive attitude
