We are seeking an experienced Client Liaison to join our Asset Management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
About the RoleAs a Client Liaison, you will play a crucial part in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with clients through various channels, and managing a portfolio of clients to ensure comprehensive account management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive business growth and retain existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from both existing and potential clients to meet sales targets.
- Engage proactively with investors through outbound calls, inbound calls, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support business growth initiatives.
- Sales Acumen – demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and developments to provide relevant information to clients.
- Banking/finance experience – minimum three (3) years, preferably in a multi-asset funds management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients through various methods.
- Self-driven and capable of autonomously achieving their own outcomes.
- A flexible attitude with the ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workloads and tasks.
