We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who values relationships, delivers with honesty, and thrives in a supportive, family owned team culture.
What you will do
- Meet with clients to understand their vision and guide them through our design and sales process
- Measure up pools and use data accurately to help clients design and visualise their dream pool
- Provide clear, honest communication and maintain consistent touchpoints throughout the build
- Collaborate with our design and project management team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Nurture long term client relationships that lead to glowing reviews and referrals
What we are looking for
- Experience in the building industry, with the ability to measure up pools and apply data confidently
- Strong people skills and a genuine enjoyment of client connection
- A professional and ethical approach to sales with a focus on long term trust
- Organised and consistent, with a commitment to follow through
- Confident using digital tools and systems (experience with CRMs or ServiceM8 an advantage)
- A proactive mindset with fresh ideas while respecting established processes
