The Asia-Pacific division encompasses Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, and Singapore, employing nearly 3000 professionals.

As we advance our transformation and growth initiatives throughout the region, we are seeking to fill the position of Marketing & Communications Manager, Asia Pacific.

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the VP of Global Marketing & Communications and is accountable for the strategic development and management of all digital, social, and brand marketing efforts, as well as communications in support of the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Branding:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications and regional leadership to create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility across Asia-Pacific.
  • Implement high-impact brand activation strategies, including events, sponsorships, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in industry associations.
  • Generate organic content and provide pertinent information to effectively represent and promote the Asia-Pacific region on Lineage's global digital platforms.

Communications:

  • Partner with the Vice President of Global Marketing & Communications to oversee the regional team of our global media and public relations agency.
  • Proactively manage the brand's reputation in the region by staying informed about emerging issues and advising regional leadership on communication strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the global Corporate Communications team to craft regional communications aligned with the company's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategy, covering topics such as sustainability, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and philanthropy.

Management:

  • Act as the Asia-Pacific liaison to the global Marketing & Communications team.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the team to enhance marketing and communications efforts across the region.
  • Propose and manage the operational budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Define appropriate strategies to ensure return on investment and alignment with global brand key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing and communications role within the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Strong familiarity with the Australian media landscape; experience in media relations across the broader Asia-Pacific region is advantageous.
  • Experience working within a global organization, adept at navigating a matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing large-scale, multinational communications and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities, with a knack for innovation and strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
