">About the Role:
">This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking cultural strategy agency as a Legal & Contracts Specialist. The role involves working with a team of experts in behavioural sciences, ethnography, semiotics, linguistic and cultural analysis to craft stronger brands, inspire intelligent product innovation and stimulate effective communication.
">Main Responsibilities:
">The successful candidate will be involved in the full-life cycle of contract management including drafting and negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, or termination. This includes preparing amendments, generating contract status reports, and maintaining template agreements.
">Key Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least five years' experience in a legal setting providing support required. You will also require experience with legal research, drafting legal and business documents, and contract management.
