We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our experienced and highly skilled maintenance team. This critical role ensures the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Maintenance Planning: Develop and optimize maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency, ensuring continuous operations and productivity.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Create and maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance activities, including service sheets, scheduled inspections, component schedules, BOMs, SWIs, etc., to support informed decision-making and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance plans with other business processes, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in maintenance planning and execution, driving innovation and excellence in our maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in heavy industry, preferably in a maintenance planning role, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and execution.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting collaboration and effective communication.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, with ability to create and manage complex documents and spreadsheets.
  • Driver's Licence: Valid manual Australian driver's licence, enabling you to operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
