About this Opportunity:

We are currently seeking experienced Carpenters & Leading Hands to support the delivery of our expanding modular construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of carpentry tasks, including framing, fix-out, cladding, fit-off, flooring, and cabinetry.
  • Assemble and install prefabricated modular sections as per technical drawings.
  • Coordinate with production, site, and design teams to meet project milestones.
  • Travel for modular site works and installations across SEQ (travel allowances apply).
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure safe, compliant work practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years' experience in residential or modular construction
  • Full set of carpentry tools + reliable Ute or Van
  • Ability to read technical drawings and plans
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • White Card and valid driver's licence
  • Desirable: Lead carpenter experience, fix-out/cabinetry skills, First Aid or EWP ticket
