About the role

As our new Sales and Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead impactful strategies to enhance sales and market presence. Your expertise will help our brands shine in stores, engage customers, and drive demand. You will craft innovative category strategies based on the 4Ps, embodying our brand vision in marketplaces.

Your responsibilities
  • Leverage solid experience in sales or marketing to develop successful marketing actions.
  • Use data analysis for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Apply entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen.
  • Build partnerships and influence decisions through a consultative approach.
  • Understand customer, channel, and sales strategies, including P&L management.
  • Implement strategies with operational excellence.
