We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic marketing team in a Trade Marketing and Category Assistant capacity.
This position is responsible for contributing to the implementation of tools and category insights used to grow equity and profitability across our portfolio of brands.
The successful candidate will ensure consistency and quality in the marketing of our brands along the path to purchase in all Sales environments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop innovative customer-specific solutions that drive results at the point of purchase and/or engage retailers outside of key communications platforms.
- Own and be accountable for point-of-sale collateral, including sourcing and developing new POS/display items, gifting solutions, and GWPs.
- Coordinate state sales POS requirements and manage delivery.
- Manage internal and trade-facing asset management systems, as well as retailer websites, to ensure branded collateral is compliant and up-to-date.
- Coordinate award amplification strategy and execution, including development of sales tools and communication plans both internally and externally.
- Assist with shopper marketing program execution, including in-store sampling.
- Develop and manage POS templates to allow customer tailoring by area managers.
- Coordinate Big Tin Can sales tool ensuring collateral is up-to-date and content is relevant.
- Assist with the development of insight-based trade presenters and sales tools.
- Manage warehouse system and item replenishment.
- Provide insight-based reporting to assist with campaign evaluation and development of sales insights by category to aid performance.
