Chica Bonita Manly - Good Good Company is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and a high-quality dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the operations of the venue, ensuring seamless execution of events and services.
- Achieve revenue objectives by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory.
- Ensure customer service is of the highest quality, meeting all guest experience targets.
- Manage and train staff to achieve venue objectives, adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Be knowledgeable on all company policies and procedures.
- Complete all necessary reports for management, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Ensure the venue is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure food and drinks are consistently prepared to the highest standard, adhering to food safety standards.
- Recruit and manage front-of-house staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage liquor licensing requirements and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
- Work with the head chef and management team to produce specials and improve the venue offering.
- Collaborate with senior management to continuously improve and develop the venue's guest experience and business performance.
Requirements:
- A relevant Diploma or at least three years of relevant experience.
- Availability to work weekdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Working rights required for this role.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $74,000.00 per year + super.
