Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales, food cost, labour spend, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant profitability, quality, and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including public health orders and vaccination requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
