Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and develop our team, supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for leading teams, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teams through clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant.
  • Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down.
  • Improve the customer experience and maintain high standards.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
  • Real knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew to be at their best every day.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience.
