About the Role

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the ETCS project in Brisbane. This position will oversee training compliance for a two-year fixed-term contract, with potential extension.

Daily Responsibilities

This role involves coordinating the development and implementation of a Training Strategy Plan, as well as conducting regular progress reporting.

Required Skills

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator in transportation or a related field
  • A high level of skill in oral and written communication
  • Extensive knowledge of train operations environments and safety-related governance
  • Ability to research, develop, and write operational Safety documentation
