About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join the ETCS project within the Major Projects Integration team in Brisbane. The role is an initial 2-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Oversight of the training compliance of the project
  2. Development and implementation of the Training Strategy Plan
  3. Reviewing training compliance and providing regular reporting on progress
  4. Accreditation of relevant training programs and recognition of qualifications
  5. Developing programs that provide training on project deliverables and help to identify skills gaps

  1. Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role in transportation or related industry
  2. High-level skills in oral and written communication
  3. Extensive knowledge of train operations environments and safety-related governance
  4. High-level skills in researching, developing, and writing operational safety documentation
