We are seeking an experienced and passionate Transformation Consultant - Business Analysis Expert to join our Brisbane Hub, supporting a diverse range of projects and working closely with clients in the Aerospace, Transportation, Energy, Manufacturing, Communication, and Healthcare sectors.

About the Role:

  • Play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of client projects, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business process improvement.
  • Work across diverse sectors, managing complex projects and supporting programs of work, with opportunities to deliver within client engagements and aid MP team leadership with client relationship management.
  • Support engagement leads in building our footprint within clients or multiple clients, while taking advantage of diverse professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of key client initiatives.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with various stakeholders to elicit and define business needs.
  • Collaborating in Agile or Waterfall frameworks, or a mix of both (Hybrid).
  • Working with a PMO across multiple or singular project streams or supporting large portfolios of enterprise-critical projects.
  • Defining epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
  • Buidling or supporting the creation of business cases, product roadmaps, and customer journeys.
  • Analyzing and developing options papers and recommendations.
  • Providing task and project estimates, assisting with backlog grooming and running Scrum ceremonies and stand-ups.
  • Analyzing and developing organizational change plans.
  • Performing as-is and to-be process and gap analysis.
  • Working with users and providing training on new processes and systems.
  • Planning, overseeing, and contributing to system and user acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in post-implementation support.

About You:

You have at least a Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of study, with Master's degrees being advantageous. Qualifications and/or certifications in Agile, SAFe, IIBA, or BABok will be given considerable regard. With 5-8 years of experience in client-facing business analyst roles, you possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Your analytical skills are sharp, with a rigorous attention to detail. As an excellent communicator, you adapt your style based on your audience. You're a quick learner, adaptable, and can thrive in new environments. Experience working within large and complex organizations is essential.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including a generous superannuation package, annual leave loading, and flexible working arrangements.
