About the Role

We are currently seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to join our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the successful management and delivery of high-value, complex business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and management of project teams under multiple streams with close consultation and coordination with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes.
  • Prioritizing human-centered principles to ensure solutions meet the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders.
  • Driving change and inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and implementing multi-year, multi-million-dollar IT transformational projects in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience in procurement of digital solutions to meet organisational requirements.
  • Significant experience in project management with emphasis on strong project governance, planning and control, risk and issue management.
  • Able to champion human-centered design principles throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and change management skills with experience in end-to-end delivery of significant business system and complex business change and transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for team management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and lead high-performance teams to deliver high-quality customer-focused outcomes.
  • Knowledge and utilisation of Prince2 project management methodology is preferred.
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management, IT, or similar.
